Roshani - known to her friends and family as Roshie - grew up on music. Coming from a musical family, she has loved to sing and to play the piano for as long as she can remember. She has been in the Peoples' Church Assembly of God choir for the past seven years and has enjoyed every moment of it! A former student of Methodist College, she was also a member of the Senior Choir and took part in several inter-House and inter- school singing competitions while at school. In 2005, Roshie was voted one of the finalists of the 'YES FM Radio Superstar', an experience she finds unforgetable.
Roshie is a qualified Montessori teacher having received the AMI diploma from St. Bridget's Convent in 2006; she currently works at the British School in Colombo. She has always loved children, and finds her work to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her life.
If there is one thing Roshie might be better at than singing, it is laughing! She has a wide circle of friends and enjoys spending quality time with them, mostly over food or a good movie!
