Eleven-year old Shenali is the youngest member of Soul Sounds. Shenali started her singing at the age of nine with Soundarie David in her junior choir and joined Soul Sounds in 2006.
She is a student at Holy Family Convent, Colombo 04.
Singing is one of cheerful Shenali’s hobbies and music plays an important part in her life. She follows piano lessons under the guidance of Ms. Sureka Amarasinghe and will be sitting for her Grade 3 examinations conducted by the Royal School of Music in London. Shenali also enjoys learning ballet under Ms. Sureka Buell. She enjoys spending her leisure time reading.
Shenali is very enthusiastic when it comes to her music and hopes to continue singing with Soundarie David and thereby fulfil her dream of becoming a teacher in the future.
