Fifteen-year old Shyana has been singing with Soul Sounds for over a year now. She comes from a very musical family and it is no surprise that she always wanted to sing. This love for music led her to join the junior choir directed by Soundarie David and later on, Soul Sounds.
Shyana sings alto in the group and is quick to learn new parts. She learns piano under Mrs. Ramya Delivera Perera and has completed her ABRSM examinations up to Grade 6.
Shyana also loves swimming, netball and space! She hopes to be an astronaut someday. With a good sense of humour and a mischievous grin, Shyana is a source of delight to all who meet her.
